How does self check-in work?

All apartments use secure smart locks.Before you arrive, you'll receive clear check-in instructions and a unique access code by email.Simply arrive any time after check-in and unlock the apartment with your code. There's no need to collect keys.Your access code is unique to your stay and automatically expires after check-out.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We understand that plans can change. Guests may cancel up to 5 days before arrival and receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival are non-refundable.
To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit is charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 5 days before arrival.
